wifi: rtw88: Enable AP and adhoc modes for SDIO again

AP mode can be enabled again for SDIO now that the problem was fixed
in commit b2effcdc23 ("wifi: rtw88: sdio: map mgmt frames to queue
TX_DESC_QSEL_MGMT") and commit fc5f5a0ec4 ("wifi: rtw88: sdio: call
rtw_sdio_indicate_tx_status unconditionally").
