arm64: dts: st: add SD-card support on STM32MP257F-EV1 board

Add the configuration node for SD-card support on STM32MP257F-EV1 board.
For the moment it uses a fixed regulator for vmmc, and vqmmc is skipped
until regulator driver is available.
