firmware: qcom: scm: Allow QSEECOM on Yoga Slim 7x Gen11

Allow the use of QSEECOM on the Glymur-based Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x Gen11,
as there seem to be no issues with the firmware that would mandate
disabling it.
