MIPS: vmlinux: discard .MIPS.abiflags

Discard .MIPS.abiflags from vmlinux. It's not needed and will cause
issues e.g. with old OCTEON bootloaders that cannot tolerate
additional program headers.

Before the patch:

$ readelf --program-headers octeon-vmlinux
