This DC version brings along:
- Improvements in the SubVP feature
- Keep disable aux-i delay as 0
- Add p-state debugging and improvements
- Fix in secure display context creation
- add option to use custom backlight caps
- Lowering min Z8 residency time
- Restore rptr/wptr for DMCUB as workaround
- Update FW feature caps struct
