drm/amd/display: Add KUnit tests for event_property_validate
Cover the per-connector scan in event_property_validate(): NULL, disconnected and NULL-state connectors are skipped; a changed encryption status updates the cached value and schedules property_update_work; and an unchanged status leaves it untouched.
