xfs: rename xfs_inode_can_atomicwrite() -> xfs_inode_can_hw_atomic_write()
In future we will want to be able to check if specifically HW offload-based atomic writes are possible, so rename xfs_inode_can_atomicwrite() -> xfs_inode_can_hw_atomicwrite().
