dt-bindings: serial: Document Axiado AX3005 UART

The Axiado AX3005 UART is software-compatible with the Cadence r1p12
UART programming interface.

Document the "axiado,ax3005-uart" SoC-specific compatible with
"cdns,uart-r1p12" as its fallback. This preserves identification of the
AX3005 integration while allowing the controller to use the existing
Cadence r1p12 UART support.
