arm64: dts: qcom: kodiak: Add QSPI memory interconnect path

Add the missing QSPI-to-memory interconnect path alongside the existing
configuration path. Without it, the interconnect framework cannot vote for
the bandwidth required by QSPI DMA data transfers.
