staging: rtl8723bs: EFUSE_ShadowMapUpdate -> rtw_efuse_shadow_map_update

Renames EFUSE_ShadowMapUpdate to rtw_efuse_shadow_map_update in order to
conform to kernel code style.

Discovered using checkpatch.pl tool.
