RDMA/cxgb4: remove dead NULL checks after GFP_NOFAIL allocations

Browse Source 
alloc_skb() with the __GFP_NOFAIL flag will never return NULL, so the
subsequent NULL checks and error handling are unreachable dead code. 
Remove them.
