crypto: sun8i-ce - fold sun8i_ce_cipher_run() into sun8i_ce_cipher_do_one()

Fold sun8i_ce_cipher_run() into it's only caller, sun8i_ce_cipher_do_one(),
to eliminate a bit of boilerplate.
