iommufd/selftest: Add coverage for IOMMUFD_CMD_HW_QUEUE_ALLOC
Some simple tests for IOMMUFD_CMD_HW_QUEUE_ALLOC infrastructure covering the new iommufd_hw_queue_depend/undepend() helpers.
