dt-bindings: clock: qcom: gcc-mdm9607: Drop SYSTEM_NOC_BFDCD_CLK_SRC

Browse Source 
This clock does not exist in the hardware, it has no consumers and
reading/writing to the registers fails. Drop it from the bindings.
