soc: qcom: ubwc: Add Kalambo UBWC config

Qualcomm Kalambo is a derivative of the Mahua SoC and shares the same
Universal Bandwidth Compression (UBWC) configuration. Add the Kalambo
compatible to the UBWC configuration table to enable support.
