drm/sitronix: st7571: Switch to drm_atomic_helper_crtc_create_state

The st7571 crtc implementation uses the deprecated
drm_atomic_helper_crtc_reset() as its reset hook.

Switch to drm_atomic_helper_crtc_create_state() instead.
