MAINTAINERS: Fix XILINX SD-FEC entry

Browse Source 
The SD-FEC entry claims ownership of the generic
   drivers/misc/Kconfig   and
   drivers/misc/Makefile

in reality that driver is just one of many using those files.

Remove those file entries.
