soc: qcom: pmic-pon-log: add support for all secondary PMIC fault events

Browse Source 
Add support to parse fault events for all possible secondary PMICs.
This includes PMICs with SPMI SID 1 to 13.  Also, correct the event
code used for the "VREG ready check" event.
