Update README.md -- data and its contents
...
The data directory itself and its contents need to be writable by the php / webserver.
It's somewhat easy to have the data directory be writable while the contents are not, and sometimes this can cause hard to debug redirect loops (which have nothing to do with BASE_PATH or BASE_URL or DISABLE_URL_REWRITING).
